Well i finally let ecology take the 1g. I thought i could hold on to it longer, and help guys out that needed parts... But i got tired of looking at that car everyday. Now there's room in my driveway, and ill be looking to get another daily beater or project eventually. Farewell to the 1g.

next racelegal... 19DEC. so mark the calendars and everyone show up! hey moe, thanks for the wga btw. my boost creep is 99% better, that wga alex sold me with that 16g was busted like a 60yr old hooker. and btw, i did give him $25 so make sure he gets you the cash... hahah, alex. alex and i were the only ones that showed up to racelegal on the 5th so we had a blast, two 1g's running FAST... 6.9 @ 106mph son and he was having AWD traction problems through 1st and 2nd. WTF everyone missed it, hopefully they're out there on the 19th? see everyone there and bring some cash for the hot chocolate cause it gets a little cold.

Damn thats a good time for the 1g. Bout time some body represent. Ill be working the 19th. I know the holidays are close, but ill be off work from the 24 to the 5th of Jan if any other meets go down. Hopefully i'll get a chance to meet more people or just chill with alex i guess.... But seriously hit me up if anybody works on their car or just keep me informed of whats going down. I plan on doing some work of my own to my other car.

Hey all. Sorry for being a ghost for so long. $$ has been really tight with the Holidays and having to play Taxi for my brother. Long story. Won't Go there. Anyways, Wednesday, Dec 17th, I am flying to Illinois for a friend's wedding and will be back the following Monday. If between Christmas and New Years something is set up, I should be able to attend.

sure is big guy...
install was real easy since i didn't have piping or couplers! haha. don't tell anyone but its only mounted and not piped up in the picture... i put it on over thanksgiving and a guy i talked to said he'd custom build the piping for it, well he flaked. if you remember ceasar from qualcomm when EVERYONE showed up? he rolled his GS-T with the same fmic i was needing pipe for so he sold me all kinds of intercooler pipe from the jpipe all the way to the tb. its unfortunate another dsm had to bite the dust for me to get what i needed though. it was rough guessing how many MORE couplers/clamps i was going to need and where all the pipes went. (no directions) btw, pann auto has sweet deals on 2.25" ic pipe couplers and they're in stock! anyway, the hardest part of the whole install was cutting the bumper to fit. the cleanest cutting, but most time consuming, was using a sharp knife for the big cuts and a small exacto knife for the small detailed stuff. it took about 6 hours to get right but it was worth it... ive got pictures, ill put them up.

alex... id love to help with the install but im back up in escondido getting dans GSX prepped. found a real nice guy down here in SD thats done a few fwd/awd conversions and he gave me a decent price AND i can help him out so ill get a good learning experience if anything else... going from A/T fwd to M/T awd, it should be an adventure. but in the end it'll net me better 60ft times AND all you'll be able to see of my car is the rear end, so get used to it. haha. good luck with the install mang and call if you got questions or need some agua.
