Ok, when I left for iraq(apr) my car was stock and running fine. I got home in Dec and put on evo3 turbo, ported 2g mani, 550cc injectors, aeromotive fpr, magnecore wires, intercooler, 2g mas, gauges(boost, a/f, egt), turbo timer, safc, apex'i turbo back exhaust. I just finished installing everything and now the car wont start. I tried jumping it but still nothing. I found out that the alternator fuse in the engine bay(close to the intake filter) was blown and replaced that but still nothing. The car would crank but never turn over. All the belts would turn as I crank the car and according to the aeromotive fpr I'm getting 37psi's of fuel pressure. I wanna try to eliminate all possible problems so if you know of something that can be wrong, PLEASE tell me.:dsm:

This is how I see the problem:
You leave the country and your car is totally stock, or at least running. You're gone for months. Then you come back and all of a sudden your car won't start. Did you run your motor stock after you got back? Or did you come back Change a bunch of stuff and then try to start it. To me, according to what I've learned, a new manifold, a 16g, and some of the other mods you have on there wouldn't appear to "mess" with your car. But some of them are questionable. I don't know if that 2G mas would mess with your ECU. Some of those mods may have thrown it out of sync.

I don't know, but maybe your battery doesn't have enough cranking amps. I went on a goose chase with the Buick that I own and for the longest time I thought I had a bad alternator. It turns out my battery was the problem. My engine would crank. My battery was "half" bad.

I really hope this helps you. This advice is based on my research in a turbo performance book, this site, and good old fashioned experience.:talon:

Battery volts shoud = 14V
I also had that problem with my car. It runs. I leave it. It doesn't start.:talon:
