How are the roads in anchorage, still some ice left or what?

10 will be cool....the subaru guys usually show up around 10ish 11ish...just depends...the road are ok...around where i live....some ice....but mostly just wet....but good enough....i've been datalogging 3rd gear pulls most of the afternoon...

im afraid of going being up around the valley...well other than going to ARP....the last time I was up there I almost lost my trans am....130+ and random chunks of traffic are no bueno...

Yeah its been on the road for awhile now. It needs its things but i drive it daily. I hope to rebuild the head in the next few months though. Looking to see 24-25 psi this spring. Happy @ 18psi for now.

Wow, im so jealous. I would kill just for a turbo kit. I've never even ridden in a turbo dsm

If it doesn't something is wrong with it.

I've gotten it up to 120 on the flats while on my way to anchorage but i've never tried going faster than that. What do they top out at?

If you ever get a chance to buy a stock turbo DSM definitely do so no doubt & then do some bolt-ons & enjoy that's what I did & I love it.

I've been saving my money for awhile now and I plan on getting a GSX when I go down to college because I'm selling my RS at the end of summer. So hopefully i'll find one that I can afford.

But I'm glad I got an N/A first because I made all my mistakes on this car, for instance when I was convinced into buying an "axle-back" exhaust to save money. Little did I know it was just a muffler...oh well, live and learn

Someday I need to pickup a GSX but I'll still keep the GS-T.
If I was you I'd keep the RS for your daily driver no doubt.

I wouldn't have enough money if I didn't sell my RS though, Would it be a bad idea to have a GSX as a DD if I only did the basic bolt-ons?
Where exactly is mirror lake, im gonna be in eagle river soon so i'll probably show up if i can

I don't really care. Honestly day light would be better but i have stuff to do tomorrow so that would be a no go. Someone name a time and if a least one other say they'll go, I'll be there. Other wise you guys can do your thing in town and i sure ill see you around some other time.

Oh and Mirror lake is right before Eklutna and Thunderbird Falls heading towards the valley.
