How can i tell if im running rich without logging?

If i rev my engine i smell almost pure gas(well thats what it smells like) is this normal, or is it a sign? also how would i get it back to normal? S-AFC?

You might have a gas leak, but with your car being almost all stock, it should be fine. Like I said check the gas lines for leaks.

Check the spark plugs.

If it turns out you are running rich (check plugs for carbon deposits) then probably your upstream O2 sensor is shot. When you run rich on a stock car thats usually the issue.
