am i modded enough for bpres7's

everyone sais to stick with the 6's for stock cars or mildys modded cars but im not sure if i am modded enough to go colder..heres my mods..

3"apexi cat back , downpipe.straight pipe
14b turbo
injen intake
blitz bov
avcr so i run around 15 psi
and a few other light mods..upper IC piping will be next... i cant really think of anything else at the moment think i should go with the 7's? i did a search no one gives much of a break down to tell if i need them or if they will be to cold than i get a carbon build up...also with my current mods should i change the gap?? on the plugs...lower higher? whats a good gap for modded cars..

They cost about $12 a set.


Get a set of 7's. Try the 7's and if they feel wrong just go to the 6's. You will be able to use the 7's later.



I personally think you would be fine running the 7's. As for the gap, well, I think it is... between .032 to .028.

I was told the rule of thumb is if you are running 16 psi and below, go with 6's, over 16 psi, go with 7's. The normal gapping is right at .28
