Okay DSMer's I did a search for this and came up with a thread that was written 6 months ago, but seems like no one wanted to chim in give there input on my question. So here it goes I believe that my alternator adjusting bracket is sitting right up against my ps pulley causeing them to rub while running. (at least thats what I think is happening). Here is a pic if anyone could be so kind to go out and look at there ps pump/pulley assambly and see how close it is to there alternator adjustment bracket to compare it to mine and tell me if theres is this close or is there something wrong with where my alternator or ps pump is sitting. I dont think its suppose to be this close and I actually believe mine is rubbing sometimes because of the markings on the pulley and the sound it makes sometimes. Thank you any replys would be greatfull :thumb:

Check the wear on the edges of your belts or put a straightedge against the pulleys to make sure they are tracking straight. I've seen bolts back themselves out on the power steering pump causing the belts to wear funny and squeal.
