I need my car on the road today and would have to get my trans fluid at napa or advance in stock. What would be a good choice? Also I can only get a purolator pure one oil filter, will this be okay? Thanks

It only has one viscosity. I do believe it goes for about $8 dollars a quart. The keep it right next to the gear-oil at Advance.

Okay! Thanks

I'm going with 75w90 just because I feel the others are too thin for our transmissions.. Correct me if I'm wrong

I prefer motul 300.

But when cost is an issue i use autostore brand gear oil.

I have used the syncromesh and mt-90 which the work well for shifting but the forks wear out.
The autostore brand may not give the best feel but it does protect the parts.
