I have a weird noise coming from under my driver side dash or in the engine bay. t sounds like air pissing out somewhere. only happens when i hit boost, gets loud at 5psi and louder the higher i get...

Same thing happened to me when my boost gauge line cracked. I would check that, if you have an aftermarket gauge.

That is what I was thinking, I run it right through the steering boot and thats were the noise is coming from... Am i getting a inacurate reading to my gauge if there is a leak?

Yup.
Especially if it's bad enough that you're actually hearing the hissing sound. The way I discovered my cracked line at first was actually because my gauge was only reading about 7psi max, which I knew was way off. Later on that day, I started hearing a faint hissing down near my feet below the steering column. Replaced the line and everything went back to normal.

Also, your brakes are vacuum assisted, and that diaphram can leak -- mine did on a 1995 GSX. You can plug the vacuum line that runs to the booster to figure out if that is the problem -- just remember that your brakes will not work very well!

Possible, but not likely to be heard from inside the car. I'm with the gauge sensing line.
