420A Air Conditioning and Heater

Okay. So i recently bought a 99 eclipse gs. The heater and a/c both worked without fail for about two weeks. One day it stopped working, and ever since then it only works every once in a while. A few days ago I messed with some of the fuses and it worked again for two days, and it is back to working on and off. Anyone know what it could be?

Does messing with the fuses get it to work off and on then? sounds like something is opening in a circuit somewhere.

A/C needs the blower switch working properly. There's a 2nd bank inside it to power the A/C which fails. This is separate from the blower bank.

Also does your blower stop when this (heat or A/C) happens?
