To make it short, I was taking off my lower heat shield and it fell into my alternator causing a spark. I think it may have knocked out the plug, not sure, so I unplugged it and plugged it back in.

When I push the brakes, my cd player shuts off then comes back on. Also my seatbelt light, when its unhooked, should make a beeping noise but its more of like a buzzer going off.

When I had my old battery in, my dash lights and what not were dim and the car wouldnt start. I changed out the batteries and everything was still ok except the seatbelt noise and my cd player. Any ideas?

Check all your relays, wiring, fuses anything that oculd have gotten overloaded and melted/fused together causaeing problems. Take it to autozone nad have them do a charging test and batter test as well just to be sure.

Yeah I'm gonna take my battery and alternator over there and have them checked out/charged up.

I'm not to great with electricals either... go figure

the alternator fusable link could be blown. Check all the links under the hood on the passenger side.

The alternator one is likely though.
