So I am going to most likely buying a '91 GSX within the next week or so. ( I recently have been posting bout a '92 talon, but that car is hacked up and no longer my concern) on the gsx the steerin wheel is pretty worn. I would like to put an after market D shaped one on.

I have seen the threads about the Install, got that covered.

My question is what size wheel will slip right on? Do I need a hub adapter? I have seen 350mm size after a 30 sec google and adapters are $90 on amazon. My goal is to buy just a wheel and not have to waste extra cash on an adapter.

Thanks in advance!

Afaik, only another mitsu steering wheel will go on without an adapter, due to the splines. Any aftermarket wheel is just a flat plate with holes drilled, hence you need the adapter to bolt the steering wheel to something.

You need an adapter to intall any aftermarket steering wheel.

Not all Mitsubishi steering wheel will fit a 1g spline. A stock 2g will but an evo VIII for eample will require some adapter to be fabricated.
