Hey anyone have a clue if I will be able to successfully wire up the horn to work with a steering wheel with this design. It does NOT utilize the push button/ring for a ground so the threads on here will not really help me. I do not want my cruise so thats not an issue. If anyone has wired up something like this please let me know. The car already wouldnt pass inspection but a working horn is easily tested. Thanks!

wow a sparco wheel in a mini coupe....wow, and you should be able to use either of the red buttons for a horn, or just run a completely different button

Yes, hell of a mini haha...I bought this wheel used from this guy. Still looks like its in great condition.

Well the stock setup is a grounding button, so I was unsure if I could rewire it to use those buttons as the horn.

if the switch can be removed i dont see why you couldn't rewire it. You could always switch the +and- on the horn to where its running a constant + and the circuits completed when you hit the button.

Certainly will, should have it installed next weekend when I get home, any other advice on the horn...switching the wires may work...

it still work on my,i got MOMO steering wheel and used those "Nitro" buttons LOL for my signal ;) it would work 100% .The steering wheel came with the wires already attached to these buttons. So all you got to do is connect with the old wires and ground two wires to steering wheel itself, and you good to go ;)

Awesome, exactly the info i wanted. Thanks alot man!
