I'm going to be getting Autometer cobalt gauges eventually, like I've had in the past, and had a question I never considered before. I can get an oil pressure gauge, as well as others I'm sure, in either mechanical or electric. Which is the better way to go?

A mechanical oil pressure gauge requires you route the fluid line into the car. You'd need the proper line, a possible bulkhead fitting etc. Doing so would also likely require certain things to pass tech at your local dragstrip. You'd have to check the rules.
