I got a question, i put in my gauges ( Boost, Oil press, volts ) and I need to know where you guys took power from. I looked at the fuse box for a switched power to turn the gauge power, and a place to tap into the factory gauge lights for the aftermarket gauge lights, but I couldn't find anything. So where can I take power from?

My car is a 1991 Eagle Talon Tsi Awd

in the light switch i went with the big red one and soldered it back together. don't do the green one with the white tracers, alldata told me that and it really just messes wit your lights. big red one is good to go, :dsm: :dsm: :rocks:

i just split the power source going to my turbo timer.. that way it runs till the timer shuts off.. makes sense to me :thumb: .. sorry if you dont have a turbo timer.. it wont work for you then

there is +12v switched pwoer @ the fues box.
Also 1 of the radio wires. ( i dont know what color off hand )

you can tap the cig lighter bulb for the illumination or the dimmer switch.

I hooked mine up to the dimmer switch that way everything is all lit up the same instead of gauges always being on or anything like that. I forgot which wires are which, but i took a battery tester and figured out which one dimmed the lights and then hooked it all up with wire nuts and it works out great. :thumb:
