after boost leak test

Depending on the severity of the leak, you'll have to make your own call. Sometimes a coupler can just not be tightened down causing a leak. In this case you just tighten the clamp. Sometimes a coupler is torn, in which case you will have to replace it. If there is one at the TB you could patch it, but that would be stupid. Just replace the gasket.

Yes, just fix it, but not in a half-ass way. Unless you want to be back "fixing" it again.

As stated..........tighten loose clamps, replace torn couplers, gaskets/seals, or PCV valve, if it's a fu**-up pipe..........repair or replace as needed, etc. It really boils down to what YOU want/can afford to do.
