My car is stalling again. Seems to be that the afrest goes sky high and stalls right away. Took the ecu out to check and this is the only thing that sticks out. Should I send this in? I can solder so should I try that first? What else can cause the afrest to go sky high?

The solder on this capacitor looks like crap but I don’t see it leaking or bulging.

Afrest is just what cell the car is currently targeting in the afr direct access tables. I would look elsewhere for the source.

I understand that but did you see the log? It spiked up to 6,000 afratioest

Your car is dying because your POS omni MAP loses signal.

That’s the only other thing I can think of. It does start dropping off a little before it eventually shuts off. F they’re like a hundred bucks. Are there better brands?

Literally any brand is better than Omni. I'm not exaggerating when I say I diagnose a bad Omni sensor every couple weeks on this forum. Get any gm map and call it a day.

You have a link for one?

Jesus Christ!!! Why are people so damn incompetent???

Edit: the 3.3 bar is no longer available and has been replaced by this one. Which is not a direct replacement of the omni 4 bar pigtail.
