The last week I noticed my steering got a little...loose, like steering wheel had an inch of play before it actually turned, messing with it more it was only turning to the right, so I took the wheel off today and the hub is loose (can shake it back and forth) and I have no idea why. the rubber boot right before that blew a hole in it at around the same time also, any help would be appreciated.

And the AFR is reading lean, that ok? I was told it shouldn't be running lean

Wierd...normally when you get that kind of play/slop in turning the steering wheel it means that your tie rods need to be looked at/replaced. Also, what do you mean your AFR is running lean? How are you determining this...through logging? Wideband? Narrowband? What are you using to tune the car/make adjustments to fuel?

It's a new steering rack and pinion all together and one of the tie rods is new as well (side that's having problems is the new one)

I have a mechanical Autometer gauge reading it, and as for narrow/wide I have no idea how to tell, the prior guy did all the fuel mods and I haven't had the money to work with it yet, same for tuning. I'm going to get DSMLink in a few weeks.

Looking at your mod list and assuming it is up to date, the only fuel mod you have is an AFPR. If this is the case, just make sure your base fuel pressure is set to 43psi with the car all warmed up at idle and the vacuum line off the regulator. Also it wouldn't hurt to do a boost leak test too. Other than that, you shouldn't be having any fuel issues/running lean...

There is a bigger fuel pump in there also, but idk how to tell which one, as well as bigger injectors. just don't know how hard it is to pull the injectors out (was told I had to take the intake manifold off)

Whaaaa? Who ever is feeding you information does not know what they are talking about. To remove the injectors, just remove the three bolts that hold your fuel rail into the head and then pull the injectors out of the rail. It's really simple. What size injectors do you have in there? If you had larger injectors and no way to tune for them, your car would be running rich...not lean. If the injectors that are in your car are not stock, swap the stock ones in there for the time being; or grab DSM Link so you can tune the car to work with them.

Idk what size they are, that's why I wanted to pull them and check, I was told they were larger since I am running 18 pounds of boost atm, and from what I've learned fuel shut off on stock injectors is 14. correct?

First off, if you have no idea what size your injectors are, they are likely stock. Second the injectors don't shut off at a certain psi. There is a thing called fuel cut which will cut the fuel once a certain threshold is reached of air going thru the maf sensor, but it has nothing to do with the injector size or psi.
