Bought Aeromotive afpr and having problems mounting it... ive seen tons and tons of pics of where people have mounted theirs, but for some reason none of those "famous" places work. I've tried behind the intake manifold, next to the clutch/brake fluid resevoir, next to the cruize control box, on top of the motor mount (timing belt side). Just cant get it to mount where im not going to have to run 2 ft of fuel line for supply and return and not rub the hood. Also I think I can fit it behind the intake manifold but I need a 90deg. ellbow for my gauge. Anyone know the size? I've tried sears to find the right threads and nothing works (is it a small -AN size?) Thanks guys... all suggestions appreciated!

p.s. My a/c is pulled and I still have my power steering

I can snap a big of mine when I get home tonight. I have mine I believe next to my brake reservior is where I have mine mounted. Ill get back to you tonight.

I got mine from import evolution and it came with instructions and a bracket to mount to my firewall.and it just attached with a screw and some washers.

Here's a pic of where i put mine. I got it from Import Evolution as well. I couldn't use the spot in their directions because of my A/C lines, so i ended up with it right next to the brake resevior. I had to run the return line behined and around some things to keep it from pinching but this is working out well so far.

Figured it out, Took the AFPR to a Hydraulics dealer and they ran the threads for my fuel press gauge port. Ended up being a british thread (I know its crazy) so they retapped the port out to a 1/8" pipe thread and opened it up and cleaned it out (cost like 12 bucks). This allowed for a 90 street elbow for the gauge so It took up less room. I mounted it on the firewall behind the Intake Manifold closer to the TB and it worked out perfect. Havent tested it yet though.

Thanks guys for all the help!
