Ok so heres the story behind it, about a week ago I was hooking up my sub into my GSX and I made a mistake (a very stupid one). I went to test if I had got everything hooked up right so I hooked back up the battery and tested it out, after testing I thought to myself, "I need to tighten the nut on my positive terminal where all my stuff is connected to" So I did that without unpluging the battery and some sparks flew of course and I didnt know if it did anything to my car so I started it up. Then once I did, on my Truboost gauge it said "Er5" or Error 5 which is the boost soleniod is shorted or disconnected. So I was pretty sure I had shorted out my selonoid. So I purchases a new one and hooked it all up yesterday, but it still says "Er5" on my gauge! So at the moment I'm stuck. And also stuck at 8psi..:banghead: So does anyone have any clue what else it might be? Or maybe Im just not doing something right?

Any help would be appreciated, Thanks

Something similar happened to my buddies Truboost. One day it worked, next day just er5. Turned out his boost solenoid just died...they are really shitty build quality to put it blunt.
