I just recently sold my AEM EMS and I bought DSMlink V3 setup.
DSMlink is set up for SD and E85, but I am unsure what to do about my Kiggly Crank Trigger I have installed.
The crank trigger was a direct link with the AEM. Do I just unplug the sensor, leave it be, or do I have to rewire the setup?

I am running a 6 bolt swap so the CAM sensor is already wired up to match the 2g harness.

I hope that makes sense to some.:thumb:

Did you have the 2-tooth crank trigger or the 12-tooth trigger? The 2-tooth should work just fine with stock/ECMLink, but the 12-tooth will certainly not. As part of the 12-tooth Kiggly setup, you're supposed to modify the original CAS so there's only a single cam pulse. This will have to be un-done (or a new unmodified CAS installed) for the stock ECU/ECMLink.

It is a 12 tooth. And I do have an extra unmodded CAS. Do I just put the extra one on and leave the crank trigger plugged in?

You'll need to unplug the crank trigger as you won't be able to use it anymore. The stock ECU or ECMLink can only run on the original cam and crank triggers, so you can say goodbye to accurate ignition timing ;) The cam AND crank signals will now come from your CAS, so you'll need a 6-bolt CAS harness like the one that RRE offers that will jumper the CAS signal into the crank sensor connector.

I understand that. But since the CAS is already wired up for a 6 bolt swap. Do I really need to rewire anything? Just unplug the crank trigger?
I'm just confused here, electronics are not my specialty
