Advice on this setup...looking to run 12s

Well I want to run 12s and still have a steady DD. I was thinking of going with this setup what do you guys think?

I have a 2g GSX with Greddy FMIC and Greddy RS bov.

a 255, fpr, 650cc,fmic, port your 14b exaust housing,max your 14b to around 20lbs of boost( youl need a EPROM and a chip,because the stock ecu will hit fuel cut at over 17 lbs no mater what) safcII, a good BOV(greddy/Tial) ,a ACT 2100 clutch,have it tuned on a dyno...you should get close.

+2 to projectgs. Always think a few steps ahead of what your currently doing. Your setup and the advoce everyone has given you will get u very close to your goal! and if your getting a good deal on a 255 why not upgrade.

Bolt an FP Big T28, 750's and a good tune and youll hit it

If you already have the 14b, keep it, they flow 34lb/min which is plenty capable of 12sec times with good driving. I would highly recommend a 7cm turbine housing along with 38mm external wastegate to control the 20psi+ steadily. This setup is lots of street fun!
If you don't, I would look into getting an evo316g. It has been shown to flow 42lb/min and guys have put well over 400whp/torque figures with very fast spool and of course the proper supporting mods/setup. Plus they last forever.
Depending on your future goals, an evo8/9 fuel pump and injectors is enough to run 12s in most cases and can be found very cheap.
Another option would be to go big (255hp,1000cc+,AFPR) and run E85. The ability to run the increased boost and timing will definitely help for your goals of 12sec times on the 14b
Obviously the SAFC will not cut it for the 1000cc injectors as they are usually good for up to 650cc.
I would highly recommend a tuning device better than safc with full timing/fuel controls as well as the capability to add stuff like stutterbox, no lift to shift, etc.
Since you have a 95, you most likely have an eprom ecu, in that case you can:
Get it socketed and burn your own eproms for well under $200. This will give you full control
You could go the evo8 ecu route which if you can get it cheap, is the best option in my opinion right now. You could also get a 98/99flashable ecu but theres not as much capabilities just yet. There will be most likely in the future though
Or ECMLink if you want to shell out the dough, its a good product!
Can you run 12s on a set of 650cc and SAFC, yes many have done it.
Definitely the wideband and logger!
