advice on next improvement?

Ive been working on a 90GSX for the past few weeks doing minor improvements, so far here's what I've done.

Mild porting on the head, exhaust manifold, O2 housing

Head studs and cometic gasket

Full 2.5 exhaust from the O2 back( no cat)

All new belts and pulleys (it may have a hi-po clutch, havent had the tranny out, well see if it slips)

255 pump, and boost controller, boost gauge, open K&N filter

all the common tune up stuff ,wires, NGK plugs, PCV, colder thermostat, hot wired the fan, ditched the AC system.

I have a small 16G to put on it but after reviewing the " performance in stages" post, I see that putting the turbo on without a few other items (upper IC pipe, injectors, afc) is not reccomended.

I realize you need to add fuel with more air volume. I was just hoping that i could pick up some additional midrange power untill I can install some larger injectors and have the ECU reprogrammed ?

So will I be ok assuming I use restraint with the boost adjustment? I hate seeing that iddy-biddy little thing on there now while the 16 is just begging to get thrown on.

Rewire that fuel pump, get some 550's and an SAFC...................and start tuning. With that biga$$ fuel pump, you might need an FPR.

This car is going to be a learning curve for me. Im not used to everything being so small. I have two 255lph pumps on my mustang along with 42pound per hour injectors and its naturally asperated. I'll just keep reading the info on here and experimenting.

what's your boost at? if it's still stock, turn that 14b up to 16 psi that is, after the FPR
