Ok since our engines run a little rich in ther stock form, would advancing the intake cam gear do anything for it, such as lean it out to make more power?

If you were going to do anything, retard both cams 2 degrees. With the n/a setup, you need to pull in air from the intake. By retarding them, you allow them to open on the down stroke of the piston which creates a vacuum that will "suck" the air in a little better. I saw my best gains by going with this setup. Keeping in mind that every engine is different, yours may not particularly like that design, so it's trial and error. A dyno is the only way you will determine the best setup for your motor. This may be a last step mod to consider, because if done improperly, could cause some damage.

what numbers did you ptu down with 10:0:1 compression and stock cams with what you have done?

With the turbo cams I had in I wasn't able to get any numbers while having it tuned right. And now I am currently ripping shit apart again and doing some more internal work. I am currently looking for a custom intake cam to fit my set up, removing the balance shafts and getting rid of my a/c. (All due to the balance shaft belt snapping on me and causing a shit load of damage  ...stretched from not being able to handle it) So then I am upgrading my fuel system to turbo fuel pump, FPR, and 390 turbo injectors. Also honing the block to prevent crankwalk from happening again (why I started all this in the first place) and re-milling the head to get a little more compression squeezed out. So I haven't been able to make it to the track yet with my car tuned properly to see my progress. I am anticipating this spring is when I should be good to go barring any further set backs. If I get everything in that I want, I hope to make it to the dyno first and have my ECU reprogrammed as well, so that everything is perfect. This is my goal at least.
