1G Adjusting TPS of 1990 1G.

Hi everyone. I've done a search on how to adjust the TPS but i can't seem to find one that deals with one for the 1G or GVR4, specifically the pin outs on the connector of the TPS.
On the Chilton manual it says i'll need to have a TPS test harness. Part number MD998464. I don't have this test harness and the dealership over here doesn't have it either.
I've attached the picture of my connector. Can anyone tell me what pin outs i should attach an ohm meter to so i can properly adjust the TPS?
