Acts funny in High RPM's!

Could use a little help tuning, still learning. Cant get rid of the knock and car starts breaking out pretty bad between 5k and 7k. New plugs gapped at .20 and did a boost leak check and exhaust leaks! Car pulled stupid hard for the first couple weeks now its not even close to what it was. Im kinda confused!

Nah It idles fine for the most part!
