I pretty much know the anwser to the question from the research on here, but my builder says to take a poll of guys that really has had a ACT t.o.b. failure. So only if you have had ACT t.o.b failure, vote and post your story here. Same as if you had OEM failure.
 
Packing grease around a clutch part would scare me, once it heats up it turns to jelly and gets all over the clutch, contaminating the disc.

I picked up some industrial grade high temp grease at work when i packed mine. Anytime the motor is running the tob is spinning so it would just fling the extra grease all over the bell housing. Since the tob rides outside the clutch assembly. Grease is the reason any bearing fails or lack of it i should say.
