the car is a 90gsx the problem just got worse as time went on,clutch has like 900 miles on it.it has a act2600 kit.well my car does not go into gear at all.i have to turn the car off to put it in gear and eventually the gears get stuck.when i put it in first gear and turn the car on the car moves by itself without me stepping on the clutch.heres the things ive done so far

bleeded the slave
bought a new slave
adjusted the pedal.
used synchromesh on the tranny

im clueless right now.anyone have any ideas on what this problem might be??

i checked the assembly already,i forgot in which website it tells you to push the pedal all the way down and then release and then if you can push up the pedal a little bit more than its worn out.well i did the test and the pedal came up all the way.so i didnt really bother looking into it much more.

i dont know if this probably started the problem, but one day my drivers side axle came out a little.and fluid was leaking out,the next day it was harder to shift into gears.even after i replaced the tranny fluid since some of it leaked out

dam that cant be good.

before i read the thing about the fluid leaking out and it started this i was gonnna ask u if u changed the master if the thing is leaking at the boot and did u try putting an extended clutch rod at the slave cylinder?

Check it again. Keep in mind I only had less than 1/2" play so I went around and changed everything including a slave extended rod, ended up pulling the assembly and welded the less than 1/2" freeplay and that fixed it. Maybe you're looking for like 2" of freeplay when you check the first time. You can also go down there and visually check it, the clutch pedal should be completely leveled with the brake pedal when it's at the up position.

I am having a clutch release problem as well. Once the clutch is back up after having been pushed down, I can pull it by hand and get it to come up a little more.

You think I should try that welding?

Yes, especially if you've tried everything else already.

well im just gonna drop my tranny sometime this month and make sure everything is fine in there, might as well rebuild it while its off and change the fork and the pivot ball and order an extended rod also to see if that helps
