The clutch in my car is on its way out. Since I'm obviously tuning my car I want something stronger than stock. I've been told the clutch I have is basically an ACT 2100. With 350hp coming out of the motor right now I have torn through it, one launch was it. I'm looking to upgrade to an ACT 2600 or 2900. I've been told to stay away from the 2900 cause of too much clutch chatter. I've also been told if i were to lighten the flywheel i would NEED a scatter shield. I dont' feel like losing my legs here. What do you all think is the best clutch for me. My next mod for the car (money permitting) will be 272 cams which could take me close to the 400hp mark. Oh more importantly i'm pushing 360ft/lbs out of the motor currently.

I would give AMS a call first, as of now they seem to be the "leader" for the EVO's. I have seen those things launch many of times, you will want something that grabs like a &$%#*.

I would not go with a lighter fly wheel because there really is no point. One of my boys is already mid 11's on a stock clutch, with few mods. Just replace the clutch and call it a day.
