Accessory belts rub against timing belt cover

I just got this car and I'm finding all sorts of odd stuff. It seems a bunch of my belts(PS Belt and another) are rubbing on the timing belt cover. I'm not so familiar with this. any idea why it is doing this or what I can do to stop it?

I don't know how to fix your car but, OH MY GOD THAT THING IS UGLY! Did you buy it off a clown?

Haha! Yeah, its about as ugly as they get. Strong engine, good compression. Finding some oddities with the car. I only paid $750 and I have spray equipment and paint on hand. I just need to get my spoiler in the mail and the side skirting so it doesn't look like a laser(blech). Figure even if it looks like a clown mobil $750 and able to drive it home/ good compression it was a steal.

I'm probably just going to straiten out some things with it make sure things are in order and resell it. I really would prefer an AWD.

Imagine what i want, I have a 1.8
All go, no show. I'm going for the complete opposite. Right now my car is all primed up ready to be painted. Just waiting to order my body kit here in a couple days.

Tighten down the timing belt covers. Make sure all of the bolts are there and they are torqued down to spec. I removed the middle cover altogether, but I kept the upper and lower for protection purposes
