When I turn on my AC it makes this small noise, almost like a low blowoff valve sound. When I drive 45mph and over about every 30sec or so it makes this loud screeching sound; lasting from just a few seconds to I have to turn off my AC just to get rid of it. I just had brand new belts put in, but I didn't have the car long enough before the belt replacement to know if they could be the problem. Please help, I hate this noise and it's hot in FL.
