Absolutely INSANE Law Enforcement!

Maryland has some of the most strict gun control laws in the country. If you have a ccw you need to tell the cop when you are stopped. There are no other state ccw permits that are valid here. In certain counties you can be arrested for carrying a pistol with out a ils installed, even if the gun is in a case with a lock. If you have a loaded magazine in the gun even if it's not on you, you can still be charged with carrying a concealed weapon. They are actually trying to pass a federal blanket law for ccw, but there is little to no chance of it happening.

This is like if I brought my gun from here in Detroit over to Canada and whined how ridiculous it was when I ended up in jail because the cops there were being 'insane'. No guns means no guns.

Thats pretty rough. Yeah its definately way different up here I suppose. I've been hassled almost 4 or 5 times for shit that doesnt even make sense. Example, I was with 4 buddies one night and we were all pulled out and searched because my body kit "doesn't seem legal". Makes no sense, but it's a big deal for guns to be around here because there are so so murders, crimes, shootings, etc. Wact hthat show on MTV: TURE LIFE Im a gun owner... The guy from new jersey carries one around all the time for protection around the way and to flash around. Thats stupid, but it's a reason cops crazk down round here. PEople carry guns like that.

Enough talk of this, I wanna know what the hell happened? So the charges were dropped, did they ever make an attempt to get the Camaro fixed? Did the lawyer put the cops ass in a sling? I remember when this first started... everyone got all upset, .

The reason he didn't refuse a search, ask to speak to his sargeant, etc. is because he was being as polite and cooperative as he could possibly be.
