2G ABS vs non ABS master cylinder

Quick question, looking at parts on rock auto and jnz tuning. Do all ABS master cylinders have a 1" bore? I'm trying to figure out whether there is a difference between an AWD and FWD ABS master cylinder.

Checking Autozone's website, there's no abs master cylinder offered for awd, only fwd.

1" Bore: All 2G AWD, 2G FWD Turbo or 420a with ABS, All Turbo Spyders, 2.4 Spyder with ABS
15/16" Bore: 2G FWD Turbo or 420a without ABS, 2.4 Spyders without ABS
