ABS to ECU pin, Wastegate solenoid delete

Can anyone tell me where is the ABS pin on ECU side? Sometimes ABS light comes on, and I think the contact might be loose, so I'd like to check.

And also, if I have MBC, can I just remove the 11 pin (http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/articles-tuning-ecu/281763-2g-turbo-ecu-pinout-w-wire-colors.html) from ECU harness?

The ABS has its own ECU, there's no pin on the powertrain ECU for it that I've ever seen.
And removing the pin for the BCS not only would throw a CEL (probably?) but it'd prevent you from using the BCS as a proper electronic boost controller later in life.
