A few problems, any advice?

Hey guys, I have a few questions for you all. Everytime I get on the gas and start movin' a good amount of black smoke comes out of the exhaust, I don't think I am burning oil because I thought oil burned blue, but I am not sure what it is. Another thing that happens when I get on it is at about 4-5k RPM's the car hessitates for a second, then kicks back in. I did I boost test and there sounds like there is a leak in the turbo, or where compressor housing meets the exhaust housing. I tried to spray soap+water to see if it bubbled, but it didn't so now I am unsure of where the leak is. My mods are listed in my profile, I have new plugs, I was going to pull them and check that gap and buy new plug wires soon. Over all the car seems alot slower than it use to be. My boost spikes at about 15 and falls back to about 11-12. Any help would be greatly appreciated guys.

sounds like your turbo is going/gone.possible oil seal in the turbo.
