I recently changed the evaporator due to not sealing properly where the lines meet with it. Common things with the DSM I was able to change pretty easy and bought the Four Season aftermarket evaporator but when installing I now see the flange is quite different. Checking all pics online it looks like all aftermarket evaporator flange are different from the OEM. So now I put all back together and the high line (the small one) which was the one giving me the issue before is now okay and the low line just doesn’t fit. When I tied with the nut there is a gap now and is not sealed. It looks like a different flange make it to not seal. Has someone have this issue before?

Now I don’t know what to do. I need real help my car is 1995 GSX.

I’m also seeing the 4seasons is missing the alignment pin hole.

You can either not use the pin, or drill the new 4 seasons to have the hole for the pin

If I recall correctly the pin can pull out of the line or the evaporator.

I had to replace one of the o-rings two or three times on the lower line because it’s a different size. So if the system still isn’t holding a charge a few days later double check the o rings there to the core
