Car looks fantastic, did you have any issues with the brakes squeaking at all? i have the same calipers and bled them many times with new pads and rotors but they still squeak
I have not had any squeaky issues yet, they're hawk HPS pads and rotors which if I remember right were a good street / track pad and not overly aggressive. If you put on some real aggressive track only pads they're going to be very squeaky driving around town because they never get up to their optimum temp.
 
Tis the season to start some car projects, I don't know why I never do my work in the winter but here we are. Finally finished putting the interior back together and finished the swap. Missing a couple minor odds and ends that I'm going to try and find, but I'd say interior is 95% complete
minus the rear truck area / lid. Love the way the gray and black looks.

Started a new radiator and fan project the other day. The old koyo rad with the OEM 2G Upper rad hose location just was not working for me. It's a terrible spot for the upper rad hose especially if you run any type of open tube header set up. It was causing me some heating issues even with heat wrap and trying to create some gaps between the upper rad pipe and the manifold but it just wasn't enough and the manifold was essentially boiling the coolant in that upper rad hose. So, got a new Mishimoto rad and the upper rad connection is all the way on the left of the rad, far away from the manifold. Also adding in 2 brandy new SPAL push fans. The single puller fan just was not enough juice. It worked, but we can do better. This setup will give me some more needed space and will hopefully keep the engine bay temps at a much more manageable level. Got everything mocked up but waiting on some fan connectors as I'm missing my driving side fan and don't want to hard wire these fans in place. So as soon as that shows up ill slap all this back together.

Well it only took me 3 months to wrap up my cooling project and get the car back together. Sometimes life and the kiddos get in the way, but yesterday me and the boys finally took a day to finish wiring the new fans up and putting everything back together, and did a few test runs with it. Car ran great, kids had a blast driving around and it seems the car is really enjoying the new setup. I'm able to control one fan constantly with the AC switch, and the other kicks on at 185 to keep things nice and cool. On the old setup with the classic 2G upper rad hose mounting right in the middle and sitting next to the headers it was boiling the coolant in that hose and causing me some headaches. No issues with that anymore as this new mishimoto rad mounts the upper rad hose to the passenger side of the car, much like the 1G's. Giving me a lot of space between the radiator hoses and headers. Also gives me a little more space in the engine bay and just a much cleaner look overall now. I also took a little time to do some hose and wiring management for wastegate hoses, wideband wiring, boost controller etc... wrapped them all in new loom and did my best to secure everything away from the headers. I've got an extra hood I've been working on cutting up and making some vents to help manage the engine bay temps as well. Might consider wrapping the headers as well to manage the heat in there. To end the day we gave the car a much needed bath and it never ceases to amaze me how well this thing cleans up, love that original paint !
