99 GSX Exhaust system question

Hey all, got a question real quick before I make the purchase.

What do you think of this exhaust setup on a stock 99 eclipse gsx awd w/ 37K miles on it.

3" HRC 02 eliminator downpipe
3" HRC cat converter
3" Thermal R&D cat back system

My primary goal for this project is 400HP.

Personally? I would say go and get Buschur's 3" turboback, it's nice and is theoretically a true 3" system. The Thermal R&D systems are nice, and they sound nice too and will support well of 400 HP.
