Let me start off by telling you guys that this is a GS body that i did the 4G64 to 4g63t swap im a go back a little more to my history of how i got into dsm's i had finished up my AIT with the US ARMY and had 20000 sitting in the bank so i decided i wanted a new truck, i went out and bought me a 2007 GMC sierra Z71 nice truck, but one day i decided to take it to my local mud hole, long story short the truck disapered in a mud hole i had to dig myself out, 4 feet of mud in the cab. and thats when i found my first DSM it was a 97 maroon gst, the one on the right, thats the only picture i have of it. i drove this car for a year just thinking it was just any old car, and didnt realize the potential of these cars. Thats when i set out to find another i can make my daily, needless to say the one i bought had some mods already so it became my project car. Obviously the white gst.

After i got into my 99 i ended up selling my 97 because i needed the money. when i first bought the 99 it was a a gs, i only have a few pics during the swap being as i wasnt a pic guy then.

m sorry about the fact that i only have a few pics from the swap, i dropped the 60000 mile 4G63 into my gs changed wire harness and ecu and everything else involved and BAM i had myself another turboed car with a few different mods i upgraded to rc 550cc injecters big garret t28 turbo hks blow off valve, front mount intercooler, 3" stainless steal exhaust with a gutted cat, new headers, Apexi piggyback, greddy turbo timer, and boost controller, and a few other things. till finally i fired her up and sent her to the dyno!!!

This is my dyno pic, and what it looked like after the swap when all was said and done.

I always love to see fellow spyder enthusiasts. You're build looks like it's coming along quite nicely. One thing I wanted to point out though, is that you didn't do a 420a to 4g63t swap. That white car had a 4g64 in it from the factory, making it a much easier swap.

yeah i actually knew that, i edited it.

Alright guys next on the to do list was interior, my interior had to go it was the ungly tan cloth, so i looked and looked then i finally found a wrecked gst hatch that a guy was parting out and he had the white and black leather so i bought it off him for 400, needless to say the back seat did not fit :ohdamn: so i found a tan leather back seat and painted it with leather paint, it came out really well, ima post what pics i do have.
