Need some help here. I bought a non running, completely stock 1998 eclipse gst Spyder without an alternator installed. I hooked one up but didn't include the plastic isolator on the alternator. Blew the main fuse, replaced it, fixed the alternator isolator, and now the car runs really bad. Throwing a few random codes that seem to be emissions related but nothing obvious.
Today I put in another "good" ECU and when I turn the key the on the fuel pump relay to the right of the ECU clicks constantly alone with all of the underwood relays. The fan is running constantly as well.
Bad ground maybe? Where are the grounds? Any other ideas?
