98 gst bad idle

I have a 98gst stock. Will not idle run fine at 1k rpms.If I let off the gas it dies till warmed up then idle really bad.Check plugs number 3 was bad broke.Number 3 was not get fule put new injector in getting fule now still bad idle. Help no boost leaks need all checks have not checked timing yet any help.

MAF, ISC, BISS if all passes + no boost leak then bad ecu probably

My MAF I had to zip tie on for it to sit in correctly, otherwise I would push it and it would run good then slowly bog out after some time from coming loose.

BISS (screw in all the way then back out 2 full turns) got mine to 750 rpm in drive (was still a little high in park after warm even) and I know i got a bad ISC which i just unplugged and brought the rpm up by 200.
*From what I know make sure vehicle is not running when adjusting/setting BISS and don't mess with it more than you should otherwise you will blow out your ISC motor very quickly*

Cutting out when cold after letting off gas I know all about which is another reason I believe its your ISC.
