What's the going rate for a 2g 420a engine that is mostly stock. Currently a non runner? Body is decent, only area that is rusted is passenger side runner under the body.

Someone asked to buy my esi and I'm debating if I should just fix the sensor, turbo it and then part it out or sell it now.

Depends on region a little, but mostly on how much you're willing to accept, and how much others are willing to spend. Since a non-turbo model isn't really sought after, going rate is likely to be lower than you'd expect from a DSM person. Maybe a little higher from someone who's only looking for a decent, reliable car. I wouldn't put a turbo kit on it just to sell it though. Since it doesn't run, and it has rust, that'll drive the potential price way down.
