97 eclipse rs hesitates and stalls/stop random

hi my 97 eclipse rs will sometimes stall at stops. iv noticed while driving it will start to hesitate then when pull up to stop rpms drop to ptolly 200 to 600 then shoot up to around 2000 and sometimes stalls it does this randomly.when i bought the car it ran great thrn 3 days later it all started.it happened for a couple days.so i took to autozone the problem code p1494 popped up so i replaced egr valve and solenoid and replaced broken vacuum line 2 days later its back not as bad but still no good. they also said there were multiple cylinder misfires and no response from o2 sensor. so i checked coil and its good i need some help to get this fixed please

You probably need a tune up all around. Clean your sensors on the throttle body iac tps. Try running better gas and get new spark plugs ngk 6's

If the O2 sensor is dead, you will definitely want to replace it. It will run like crap until you do. Check for vacuum leaks. If you havent already, invest in a good set of plugs and wires, and if you did, recheck the gap on your plugs and make sure the insulation on your wires is good and they aren't arcing. Also check the sparkplug wells and make sure they are dry of oil and not grounding any plugs. And also check your IAC (Idle Air Control) for proper operation. That covers most of the common 420A "runs like crap" problems.

i will check the o2 sensors and clean throttlebody but if they were bad would it cause the problem on and off because i can drive sometimes 30 miles and it does not give me any problems and sometimes it will right away then go away. would clogged up tps and iac cause this
