96 talon 420a questions

Alright. I have owned pretty much every kind of Dsm out there. But I have never owned a 420a. I'm considering buying this talon tomorrow. The question I have is the car has 200,000 miles. Runs and drives great but how reliable are they. I'm trading my daily driver for it so I really need to know if it's going to be an okay car. Also I'm pretty positive the answer to this is yes but a 4g63t drops straight into these isnt that correct. The car has some front end damage to it. Mostly just the plastic on the bottom. He is asking 1000 or trade. Is it worth it do you all think. And the exhaust has fallen off and will need to be rewalded on. I would post pics but I don't have any at the moment. Thank you for you replies just looking to see what kind of problems they are known for and if the high milage is gonna be a problem.

420a and 4g63 are on opposite sides. It is no where near drop in.
