96 eclipse spark issues

Hi my name is seth. I have a 96 eclipse non turbo 2.0 dohc motor. cylinders 2 and 3 are getting good spark but cylinders 1 and 4 are not. cylinders 1 and 4 spark once at the plugs or sometimes none but the only time if it does spark is right at the intial turn of the key to start the car. this problem came after we replaced the head gasket. i have put a new coil on and it changed nothing. checked the cam sensor it is good. if the timing was off could it cause this issue with spark. gonna check the crank sensor when i get home. anyone else have any ideas.

When you repkaced the head gasket did you break cam angle sensor? Did you plug all your connectors back in. Did you check for power at the coil. Are you throwing codes. Check all your connectors then check for power at the crank. The SEARCH function has very in depth procedures to do this siR.

already checked all sensors. im getting a code 55 on the cel but there is no code 55. all wires are plugged in. i wanna change the computer but dont wanna buy one

Code 55 just means the end of the error code stream has been reached:

Did you properly check for spark on all 4 cylinders? Sooo replace plugs replace coil highly doubtful its ecu unless its 95ish. Test crank sensor test cam sensorsensor test relay.
