96 eclipse doesn't idle right help

ok i just bought this car and she said it was cold nature and is hard to start in the cold (takes 2 to 3 times to start and have to give it gas) it has to warm up or it will die. and when its warm and its idling it goes from 200 rpms to 1300 rpms than back to 200 rpms over and over again. other than that car runs fine.
i found 4 plugs under the hood that don't go to anything one i think is going to the windshield fluid thats not there but i got pics

The only thing that remains consistent, as far as I can tell, is that you both on a '96 420A DSM and both have that connector on the front of your block.

The one plug looks to be the air intake temp sensor it's on the back of the intake. As for the plug on the front its the knock sensor thay put them there on the neon the bottom end is most likely from a neon.

Also I seen in his pictures that he has a cold air intake like me so I am guessing that those two other plugs my go to that but not sure. I have the two plugs he has up top unplugged and the plug in the block but the washer motor i have plugged up.
And it seems that we are having the same idling problem

I'm not the only one with this problem.
I was posting a forum and this came up.
I wonder if we have bought these cars form the same owner.

Wait I'm the same guy. Those tools ya'll said ya'll have to stop me from making accounts isn't working
I just made my third account so I don't know what you are talking about you banned all three if I only had two so I feel sorry about that guy but ya'll can stop banding me cause it takes less than a minute to get another account on here so either I keep making accounts or ya'll just stop banding me.
And thanks Fun Kart Kid is there something I can look at to be 100% sure it's from a neon?
And KM@N I found out working on these cars most teens get these cars and have no idea what they are doing and rig these damn things front to back.
