1. The car wants to stall out around 500-900 RPM unless I use the Biss screw to raise the idle to about 1500rpm, I know it isn't favorable but is there anything I can do?

2. The first 10min of driving, the car accelerates fine, going through the whole rev range all the way up to 6k, but after some driving, the car starts to bog down, not pulling as hard. It also likes to stutter at WOT or anything above 4k.

are these symptoms related? The TPS voltage reads 0.845 at 0% and 4.57 at WOT according to the SAFC.
