95 talon esi bad misfire while warm

ok bought car for cheap and the body is in decent shape so i said why not.
the cars front left side was literally ran over by a truck, crushing the front headlight and hood . so neways the car will start up and run great for about 20mins then the rpms will start to fluctuate from 800-3000 almost like idle surge, but with no vacuum leaks, then after about a min of that the car starts to miss and the rpms drop and fluctuate from 300-1100 (very erratically) consequently making the car eventually stall. This morning i hooked up my $1000 scan tool from snap-on to read the cpu.the first 15min all the readings seemed fine (inside parameters) the cam sensor was reading the crank sensor was also reading. o2 volts were fine, but throws 4 CELS:
11 Intermittent loss of camshaft position or crankshaft position11 No crankshaft reference at PCM

Ignition coil #1 / #2 primary circuit
54 No cam signal at PCM
replaced:
cam sensor
coil
plugs
wires
checked:
wires connectors
allground cables

dont know what else to do wanna get a working pcm andd see if thats it buet noone seems nto have one

The first thing I would look at would be the ECU. Pull it out and make sure the caps haven't leaked all over the board. You might also want to post some Hi-Res pictures of the board so Steve can take a look at things. He's the resident ECU expert and should be able to help you out.

i pulled the ecu and pulled it apart and opened it and its filled with gel? is that normal??
