95 gsx charging problems PLEASE HELP!

so im having some problems with my 95 gsx. It started when i came out one day and my battery was dead, not even enough juice to unlock the power doors. i couldn't get the battery to charge at all. so i had the battery tested at o'riles and they told me the battery was getting over charged and it damaged the cells. They also told me it could be the result of a bad regulator. So i had the alternator tested and its just fine. so with all that said, my question is if anyone has encountered this or knows what might be the problem? Thanks.

I had the same problem with my 95 tsi, my battery wouldnt hold a charge at all, i got that and my alternater checked at advanced and they told me both were good so I just took a chance and replaced my battery and that solved my problem.

I've been through 3 batteries and the same thing keeps happening.
