95 GS code 11

I have a 95 GS car has a stumbling jerk while accel, does not do on decel. Does it intermidately started about 1 week ago. statring to do a little more often maybe 4 times each drive cycle. had this problem before replaced Crank Sensor. Test drove stumbled maybe twice hasn't done it till now. Replaced part during the Summer of this Year. Code 11 was read. Anyone have a first hand experience?

I dont have first hand experience with it but heres a description of code OBD I code 11:

Intermittent Loss of CMP or CKP
No Crank Reference Signal at PCM
Timing Belt Skipped 1 Tooth or More
