I'm looking at replacing both the dome lights and footwell lights inside my talon. I can find the bulb type for the dome light, but can't seem to find it for the footwell as my dad called it. Or above where the floor mats are located. Thanks guys, I'm just getting into upgrading everything in my car. Starting small.

Hey and welcome!

So you're just looking for the type of LED light that goes into the footwell sockets? I believe it's a 168, but they only work one way so you have to plug it in twice to see where the polarity is right. Just search '168 LED' on google and it should come up, it's one of the most common types. Also I recommend you get the one with close to 360 degree illumination. Also be careful when installing the bulbs as when I was doing it I shorted 2 brand new ones by accidentally touching it against the metal bracket. So either disconnect your battery or close the door (or have someone pressing the door ajar button so you cut power to the socket).

Hope this helps!

Edit: Attached a pic of the correct type.

Also any idea if they make black lights in the right size for the interior of a 95 talon? I haven't seen any thus far and I'd really like to find some. Thank you!
